About Our Service
Is it possible to rent only the vehicle?
We do not offer vehicle-only rentals.
Can I request a vehicle model not listed?
Yes. The listed models are only examples, so please consult with us.
Do you offer electric vehicles (EVs)?
Yes, we offer both hybrid and electric vehicles. Please feel free to contact us for more details.
Can you provide service outside Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh?
Yes, we can. Please consult with us.
Can I request a driver who speaks English or Japanese?
Japanese-speaking drivers are limited, but many of our drivers can communicate in English. Please inform us if needed.
About Contract
What documents or procedures are required?
Once the quotation is agreed upon, we will sign the contract and arrange the vehicle and driver.
Can I sign a half-year or one-year contract?
The contract period can be set monthly. Our standard term is one year, but multi-year options are available depending on conditions.
Is a deposit required?
No, it is not required.
Can the contract be prepared in Japanese?
The contract will be in English and Vietnamese. A Japanese reference translation can be provided.
Can the contract (payment) be handled by our headquarters outside Vietnam?
Yes, contracts can be arranged with companies outside Vietnam, including cases where the parent company outside Vietnam is responsible for payment.
Can we contract before our Vietnamese entity is officially established?
Yes. Until the Vietnam entity is established, contracts and payments can be made under the headquarters, and later transferred once establishment is complete.
Can I change vehicle type or usage conditions during the contract?
Yes. If needs change, the vehicle or conditions can be adjusted. Please consult us.
During Your Service
Can I change the assigned driver?
Yes. If needed, we can arrange a replacement after a proper handover. Interviews or trial sessions are also possible to ensure the best fit.
How do you handle accidents or breakdowns?
The driver immediately informs our operator, and we contact the passenger or contract representative to confirm safety and agree on next steps. If service cannot continue, we will arrange a replacement vehicle or cover taxi costs.
Can we switch to a larger vehicle if the number of passengers temporarily increases?
Yes. Temporary upgrades to larger or VIP vehicles are available. For long-term changes, a contract amendment is required.
About Payment
What is your billing cycle?
Invoices are issued from the 20th to the end of each month. Payment is due by the end of the following month. Please consult us if you require different terms.
About Cancellation
Can I cancel the contract early? What are the conditions?
Early cancellation is possible with 30-day prior notice. For some high-class vehicles, cancellation fees may apply depending on the contract.
