We will check vehicle availability and send you a quotation.
Reservation Confirmation
After you review the quotation, we will finalize the reservation and confirm the schedule details.
Service Arrangement Details
One business day before your reservation, we will provide information such as the vehicle type, license plate number, driver details, and emergency contact information.
Service Commencement
The driver will meet you at the designated time and location, holding a name board.
During Service
We can flexibly handle same-day changes or additional schedules.
The driver will wait nearby after drop-off and come to pick you up when contacted.
Completion & Payment
Your service ends after signing the driver’s operation report.
Please make the payment using your preferred payment method.
FAQs
About Reservation
How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?
Depending on availability, same-day arrangements may be possible.
If you require a specific vehicle type, please contact us early as the number of units is limited.
When will I receive the vehicle and driver information?
We will provide the information no later than one business day before service.
If you require the information earlier, such as for notifying a destination, please let us know.
I have a lot of luggage, is that okay?
No problem. We will recommend the most suitable vehicle based on the number of passengers and luggage volume.
Our drivers also assist with loading and unloading.
Can I reserve even if my schedule is not fully decided?
Yes. As long as the service date is fixed, you can make a reservation. Sharing details (such as destinations) in advance helps ensure smooth operation on the day.
About Cancellation
Are there any cancellation fees?
Cancellations made by 12:00 noon on the previous day are free of charge.
Cancellations made after that time will incur a fee as follows:
After 12:00 noon on the previous day: 50% of the estimated fee.
Same-day cancellation: 100% of the estimated fee.
About Pricing
Does the price change depending on the number of passengers?
No. The fee is charged per vehicle, so the price does not change based on the number of passengers.
Does the price include fuel?
Yes. Vehicle, driver, fuel, and insurance are included.
When do additional charges apply?
Additional charges apply if actual usage exceeds the time or distance included in the basic rate.
The quotation calculated based on your schedule will be recalculated according to the actual usage.
Do I need to tip the driver?
No, tipping is not required.
During Your Service
What should I do if there is a sudden change in the schedule?
You can simply give instructions directly to the driver. If you encounter any difficulties in communicating with the driver, please contact the reservation staff or the emergency contact.
Can I extend the service time?
Yes, you can extend the service time. The driver will continue providing service until instructed to finish.
The total fee will be recalculated based on the extended time.
How do I meet up with the driver?
On the service day, the driver will meet you at the designated time and location while holding a name board.
If parking or waiting is difficult at the location and you cannot find the driver, please call the driver or the emergency contact.
How can I contact the driver?
You may contact the driver via phone or SMS.
If you prefer using LINE, WhatsApp, Zalo, or other messaging apps, please let us know at the time of reservation.
About Payment
What are the payment methods and timing?
Cash: Pay in VND to the driver on the final day of service. A receipt will be provided.
Credit Card (Online Payment): We will send an invoice and payment link after service. A receipt will be issued after payment. (Service charges may apply.)
Credit Card (In-office Payment): Settle your bill at our office.
Bank Transfer: Transfers from domestic (VND) or overseas (USD) accounts are available.
Can you issue receipts or VAT invoices?
Yes. Please provide the billing name and VAT information when making the reservation.
Can I pay in Japanese Yen or US Dollars?
Cash payments are accepted in Vietnamese Dong (VND) only.
