After a service check by a Japanese manager, drivers receive feedback for improvement. Only after passing are they assigned to customers based on suitability and preferences.

Even after assignment, drivers attend regular safety training sessions conducted by internal and external instructors. These sessions update drivers on traffic regulations and strengthen their safety awareness.

To ensure customer safety beyond driving skills and service manners, we also provide first-aid training. Drivers learn how to act appropriately in emergencies.

Driver health, the foundation of safe operations, is strictly monitored. Drivers undergo annual health checks and drug screenings to ensure they are fit to drive.

Each day begins with a pre-departure check at the parking lot.
Drivers’ health, appearance, alcohol test, and license are verified to ensure a safe start to the day.

All vehicles are equipped with government-approved GPS systems. They enable real-time tracking in emergencies, help prevent misconduct through trip record verification, and ensure safe operations in compliance with driving-hour regulations.

Drivers perform daily inspections and cleaning before departure. In addition, vehicles undergo periodic maintenance by our in-house team or at partner service centers based on manufacturer recommendations.

Passenger insurance is included as standard for all vehicles.
In the event of an accident or issue, drivers immediately coordinate with the operator. Customer safety is prioritized, and instructions are provided to continue service when possible.
Backup vehicles and drivers are available at all times.
